The buyer is obliged to know the terms before buying. When ordering on, the buyer accepts the Plucky Girls Integrity and Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions. The agreement is concluded at the same time as your order is accepted. Plucky Girls reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.


The general terms and conditions and any disputes arising in connection with the terms when using or with purchases on the site are governed by Swedish law. As Plucky Girls reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time, you as a customer are asked to save the terms you have accepted at the time of your purchase. Disputes are settled in Swedish court.


All use of the site and its contents including copying for purposes other than for personal use is prohibited without written permission. All rights / copyrights of remain with Plucky Girls.


As a consumer you can contact the General Complaints Board (ARN) or by mail to Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. In the event of a dispute, the Company follows ARN's recommendations.


Plucky Girls reserves ourselves for the possibility that products can be sold out and goods can be withdrawn from the product range. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. We also reserve ourselves for any printing errors on this website. Plucky Girls reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.


Plucky Girls is exempt from the penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this Agreement, if the failure has its basis in the exempting circumstance as set forth below and the circumstance prevents, complicates, or delays the fulfillment. To be considered a liberating circumstance, governmental action or omission, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major-scale accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that have a negative impact on the market and products, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, abnormal market decline and whether the company has been designated for criminal activity affecting the business.


Sale applies as long as the inventory is sufficient. Offers without a clear end date apply as long as the inventory is sufficient. Plucky Girls reserves itself for any final sales which may result in partial deliveries. We reserve the right for final sale and for any price errors that may occur. Occasionally, any of the goods you ordered are not in stock and will be listed on the balance. This is because the item is not in stock or the delivery is delayed. We will then send you an email within 1-3 days. Contact us if you want to cancel your purchase of the item that we don’t have in stock or if you have questions about delivery times etc.


All prices on are quoted in SEK, including VAT. A shipping charge may be added to your order depending on the total product value for your purchase.


Currently we can only deliver our products to countries within the European Union.


To ensure the safety of you as a consumer, Plucky Girls reserves the right to cancel or refund any orders that are suspected of being fraudulently completed. In cases where official authorities and payment partners ask for information regarding suspected fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to share this information.


Plucky Girls collaborates with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Together with Klarna we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna. You can find all Klarnas terms and conditions in the checkout.

Direct payment

Only available in Sweden.


When you choose to pay by invoice, Klarna offers you the opportunity to pay 14 days from the time we sent the goods. We transfer our claim for payment for your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send payment instructions to you where you will pay directly to Klarna.
If you have previously opted in too the Monthly invoice service, the invoice will instead be included in your monthly invoice in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the Monthly invoice. Read more here.


You can apply to pay at your own pace or pay a fixed amount per month. When you pay with Klarna you get the goods home before you pay. You collect all your purchases on a monthly invoice. You pay at your own rate or a fixed amount per month.

Card Payment

You can pay with VISA or Mastercard in all European Union countries.


If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the sum of the goods you purchased (no later than 14 days) without undue delay. The repayment is made via the payment method you chose when purchasing.


You have the possibility of returning your item within 14 days from the time you received your order. Returns within Sweden cost 29 SEK. Use the pre-printed shipping note you receive in the delivery. The sum is automatically deducted from the item value we pay back. Other countries within the European Union the customer themselves choose the shipping method and are responsible for the entire cost.

  • Pack the goods in the appropriate packaging (think about the environment and reuse our packaging if possible) Fill in the return form you received in the delivery and put it in the package with the goods.
  • Paste the return label that you received in the delivery (only applies to customers within Sweden). Make sure the bar code from Plucky Girls is not visible, a tip is to turn the bag inside and out.
  • Leave your package at the nearest shipping center. Save your receipt until you receive a confirmation email from us that we have received the package and that the return is registered.

Plucky Girls will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transport. Goods may only be returned in new condition and all labels and hangtags remain for your return to be approved. The garments may be tested but not used. Refund is made when we receive the item (s) (within 14 days).


If you wish to exchange goods in the event of ordering wrong item or size, we ask our customers to make a return and then place a new order.


As a customer, you are responsible for unpacking and checking that the goods are not defective within seven days of receiving the shipment.

  • If you have received the wrong item, if the item is damaged or there is something else wrong with it, please contact customer service at to get an approval before returning your item.
  • Please always enter your order number and take a picture of the damage.
  • When your complaint is approved, the product must always be washed before being returned.
  • When one year of use, a wear deduction of 20% is always applied to the price and at two years 40%.

Plucky Girls complies with the Swedish Consumer Purchasing Act for any complaints. For more information see the Consumer Agency's website If something should happen to the delivery to us, you as customer are responsible. Plucky Girls is responsible for return shipping in case of complaints / errors.


Once you have accepted your order, we will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address you have provided. There is information about your order. Always check your confirmation and contact customer service as soon as something feels unclear.
If you wish to change an order afterwards contact customer support with your question and we will try to help you.


The package is always delivered to the nearest delivery center or direct home to you in your mailbox. As soon as the package has arrived at your drop-off point, a notification will be sent to you. To pick up your package you need to bring valid identification. If your goods can be delivered directly to the mailbox, Postnord sends a confirmation message that your item has been delivered.
Paketet levereras alltid till närmaste utlämningsställe eller direkt hem till dig i brevlådan. Så snart paketet har anlänt till ditt utlämningsställe så skickas en avisering till dig som du tillsammans med legitimation behöver vid uthämtning. Om dina varor kan lämnas direkt i brevlådan skickar Postnord ett bekräftelsesms om att din vara är levererad.

We want you to receive your goods as soon as possible and we aim to send your order within 1 working day. The delivery time is then 1-3 working days in Sweden and 3-5 working days in other countries within European Union. Even if we do our utmost to deliver what has been ordered in the promised time something can go wrong. If the delivery delays from what has been promised, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate why the delivery is delayed.


We use Postnord for all our deliveries. The advantage of Postnord is that they have well-distributed delivery points and deliver smaller packages directly in the mailbox.


It is your responsibility to pick up the shipment at the delivery point within the stated time. If you cannot receive the parcel at delivery to your home address or company, or do not pick up your parcel at the delivery point, it will be sent back to us. This entails costs for administration, handling and return shipping, which we charge SEK 149.
